Single-channel tube preamplifier that provides superior pre-amplification for microphones, instruments and line level sources. It features an ART’s Output Protection Limiter (OPL) that controls and maintains the output peak signal to protect hard-disk recording systems and soundcards, and an analog VU meter for better level control that also reflect the impact of the OPL circuitry when activated – that allows more effective fine tuning of the audio signal. Preamplifier is equipped with a hand-selected 12AX7A vacuum tube, XLR and 1/4” inputs and outputs with variable input and output Gain controls, a built-in Brickwall limiting, a +48 V phantom power switch for condenser microphones and a phase reversal switch. Device can also function as a DI box with impedance matching and pre-amplification for live-level sources. Dimensions: 127 x 140 x 51 mm. Weight: 680 g.
