HMS SGP40 40 kg Black-Red One Arm Dumbbell

A complete loading set of two one-handed and one two-handed dumbbells with a total weight of 40 kilograms, that is HMS SGP40. Dumbbells are a classic feature of every home gym. The discs are made of hard plastic, which is filled with cement. The two-handed axis is a connecting part into which the shaft of the one-handed dumbbells is inserted. The loading mandrels are threaded and the weight is secured with a star nut. The set contains 1 connecting part, 2 one-handed shafts, 4 star nuts and a total of 16 discs of different weights.
