Binoculars are designed according to a joint project by the Levenhuk Company and the Russian Kazan Optical-Mechanical Plant known as one of the biggest suppliers of the Russian (earlier Soviet) Army. The body is made of aluminum alloy and protected by a rubberized coating that ensures firm grip and prevents the binoculars from slipping out of one’s hands. Binoculars are impervious to accidental falling to the ground and vibrations, and the joints are sealed with a special substance that ensures that these binoculars do not accumulate dust and water inside. The optical and mechanical parts are impervious to extreme temperatures in the range of –40 to +50 °C. The binoculars use classic focusing with a central focusing wheel. The eyecups are made of rubber; there is a diopter adjustment ring on the right eyepiece. The interpupillary distance is also adjustable. Magnification: 12x. Objective lens diameter: 45 mm.
