MOOER GE 200

Multi-effects processor that delivers unparalleled amp modelling in its price range and an amazing array of effects and features which will impress even the most disconcerting of tone chasers. It houses 55 amplifier models which utilize the same cutting edge technology as MOOER’s hugely successful range of MICRO PREAMPS and completely recreates the tone, touch and feel of their real-life counterparts. It also contains 26 IR speaker cabinet models and an entire array of high quality digital effects including compressors, drives, noise gates, EQ’s, modulation, pitch, filters, delays and reverbs (a total of 70 effects). The effects signal chain is fully customizable within each preset allowing each of the individual effects blocks to be internally routed in any order. The 3.5” full colour display makes viewing the UI an absolute pleasure and programming presets is easy using the effect blocks dedicated edit buttons. The built-in expression pedal and 3 brightly lit footswitches provide full control over the processor. Other features include 52 second looper with half speed and reverse effects, drum machine with 40 drum patterns and 10 metronome rhythms and option to store and recall up to 200 presets. The processor provides USB connectivity for PC editing and direct audio recording to computer, programmable outputs for easy integration into any live setup and auxiliary input and dedicated headphone output for audio playback and totally immersive practice sessions. GE 200: Free firmware update to version 2.0

Here are some of the most important improvements to the firmware update:
-better sound quality and new decay function for delay and reverb effects
-brand new mono Pitch Shifter effect

-The Looper position can now be changed: PRE or POST
-Improved tuner, now with calibration capability from 430 to 450 Hz
-Improved display of amplifier model names on the display
-new backup features, import / export all presets with one click
-transport several minor bugs in the program

Warning:

Performing the update will erase all presets and user IR pulses. Backup of this data is recommended before installing a new firmware. You can make backups easily with the G200 software by using the EXPORT function. ".Mo" files can be reloaded later.
