Electro-acoustic guitar from 100 series that incorporates layered back and sides, which offer extra resilience to fluctuating climate conditions. It features Taylor’s signature Grand Auditorium body shape that embodies the ultimate all-purpose acoustic, with Venetian cutaway that is known for soft, round lines. Top plate of the instrument is made of Sitka spruce wood that produces a broad dynamic range and accommodated a versatile range of playing styles. Back and sides are made of layered sapele wood to offer attractive and durable models. Guitar features a forward shifted pattern bracing and Expression System 2 electronics that capture more of a guitar’s dynamic properties using a breakthrough behind-the-saddle design. Slightly narrower neck and fingerboard provides 20 frets. Scale length is 647.7 mm. Instrument is further equipped with a Nubone nut, a Tusq saddle, a black plastic truss rod cover and a black pickguard, die-cast chrome machine heads and Elixir Phosphor Bronze Light strings.
