Technology:

INMOLD TECHNOLOGY

• Composite construction – inseparably connected. The protective material EPS is foamed directly into the polycarbonate shell. For a lightweight helmet design with maximum impact resistance and the perfect fusion of the EPS inner layer and PC outer layer.

DOWNSHELL

• We have provided our products with a special downshell to prevent dents and scratches and increase their durability.

LFS – LIGHT FIT SYSTEM

• Based on past experience and the results of the research, we have defined a completely new requirement profile for a 180° adjustment system.
• A good fit is essential when every second counts. The goal was to develop a system that quickly, safely and yet comfortably holds the helmet on the head. The adjustment mechanism is extremely small and light, the size can be adjusted easily using two fingers. The LFS height can also be adjusted three times to ensure the optimum fit. A perfect strap guide ensures unrestricted comfort for men and women. More performance with a whole 15 % less weight for a 100 % more efficient system!

ACT – AIR DUCT TECHNOLOGY

• A channel system on the inside guarantees the perfect flow of incoming and outgoing air and leads to exceptionally high ventilation values.

INMOLD FLY NET

• Insect protection net firmly foamed in for superior and long-lasting protection against insects in the front area of the head.

CLEAN TEX PADS

• Clean Tex pads are covered with an anti-bacterial treatment and prevent bacteria from forming. The result is a long product life and long-term hygienic freshness.

EXTENDED PROTECTION IN THE AREA OF TEMPLES AND BACK OF THE HEAD

• The helmet’s intelligent shape provides advanced and reliable safety and coverage of the sensitive temples and back of the head area.

CAMERA PORT WITH SAFETY RELEASE

• The camera port with safety release protects your head against major injuries by releasing the camera mounted on your helmet in the event of an accident. Therefore, the camera does not become an injury hazard.
• The sophisticated safety release technology provides solid protection for your camera in normal cycling conditions. If, however, an accident does occur, the intelligent fixture detaches the camera from the helmet. This prevents a dangerous leverage effect that can cause life-threatening injuries.

GOGGLES PORT

• To quickly put your goggles on and off, our helmets with a goggles port offer enough space under the visor to be able to push them up here.

GOGGLES STRAP HOLDER

• The strap holder at the back of the helmet ensures that your goggles fit perfectly and that they do not slip from the helmet when you push them up.
