Claims and Returns

Claims

Does the product you ordered have a functional defect or is it broken? Did we send you the wrong product, did the package arrive incomplete, or did the package not arrive at all? In this case, you need to report it immediately via our claim form. Our colleagues in the claims department will do everything possible to resolve the situation to your satisfaction!

Returns (withdrawal)

Do you not like the purchased goods? You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days. This period starts from the moment when you accept the delivery of the goods in person or by a person designated by you. The right of withdrawal applies only to purchases made in the e-shop of Muziker, a.s. and does not apply to purchases made in our physical shop network. If you are a member of the Muziker Club, you are entitled to an extended withdrawal period, i.e. 30 days from receiving the goods. If you are buying as a company, you can also withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Shops

Guitars, drums, jackets, paddles, LP records and much more. All of these things you can try in person and buy at our shops. Our trained staff will give you great advice and point you in the right direction so that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. Our shops also serve as pickup points for your order from the online shop. So don't hesitate to visit us!

We want to pack a good feeling into every box we send from our warehouse and with every purchase at our shop. Our marketing team is here to make sure customers feel confident that Muziker is the right choice. Every one of our clients is unique, so we strive to create an atmosphere that makes everyone feel comfortable. We communicate what we want to say with images, text, video and wit. We create a community of customers who find Muziker to be their favourite brand and a shop that is a pleasure to return to again and again.

As the name implies, our department is dedicated to people and company culture. Every company is made up of people first and foremost, which is why we know that it is those who are happy and motivated that drive forward not only themselves, but also all Muziker. We are here to listen, advise or guide them on the right path. We are not the traditional HR that you know from most companies, which deals with the necessary administrative minimum, i.e. mainly payroll, contracts or hiring people. On the contrary, we are the department that accompanies every colleague during their "life" journey at Muziker. Our mission is to participate in co-creating an environment in which our employees are happy and have opportunities for personal and career growth - that's why the topic of training, wellbeing and leadership is very important to us.
