Electric guitar with Soloist body shape from X Series that is loaded with purebred Jackson DNA-neck-through-body construction, delivering fantastic tone, ultra-fast playability and unbelievable value for 21st century guitarists. It features a basswood body with a flame maple top veneer and gloss polyester finish, and a one-piece maple speed neck with scarf joint. Its bound compound-radius (12”-16”) rosewood fingerboard curves more dramatically at the Floyd Rose Special Locking nut for easy chording and flattens out as it approaches the neck joint for low-action bends without fretting out. It features 24 jumbo frets and Jackson’s distinctive pearloid shark fin inlays. Scale length is 648 mm, nut width is 42.86 mm. The guitar is equipped with EMG humbucking pickups – an EMG 85 in the neck position and EMG 81 in the bridge position - that deliver well-balanced tone with tight bass, glassy mids and crunching highs. Sound can be controlled via 3-position blade switch, Master Volume and Master Tone controls with black dome style knobs. Other features include a Floyd Rose Special Double Locking 2-Point Tremolo bridge, one-ply white neck binding, Jackson Pointed 6-In-Line headstock with sealed die-cast tuners and NPS strings (.009-.042).
