HMS DD13 Black Bar, Parallel Bar

The HMS DD13 bar is made of steel and is an ideal choice for everyone who wants to train at home. To do the pull up we engage the forearm muscles, biceps, abdominal muscles as a “stabilizer” and the entire group of back muscles. The bar is equipped with an eye for hanging the punching bag.
