- M-Forge Composite is a material technology specifically developed for hard shell applications, which combines the best characteristics of polymer and fiber shells. This results in an ultra-lightweight and impact resilient shell, and is best used for activities where minimum weight gives you a performance advantage. This technology is available in ARC5 Pro.

- The Mips Safety System is a helmet-integrated, low-friction layer designed to reduce rotational motion to the brain.
POLARTEC POWER GRID
- A Polartec patented grid construction head liner strengthens performance efficiency by increasing warmth and breathability, while also reducing fabric mass.
