Professional Overhead Microphone Stand for Recording and Stage

The Superlux MS200 is a professional overhead microphone stand designed for recording studios and live stage setups. Built with a sturdy iron frame, it positions microphones above drum kits, choirs, and ensembles with a stable overhead reach. The stand extends to a maximum height of 3080 mm and adjusts down to 1700 mm, giving engineers the vertical range needed for capturing room sound, overhead cymbals, and group performances.

Reach and Stability for Heavy Microphones

A boom arm extendable from 1220 mm to 2200 mm and a wide tripod foot keep microphones locked in position even at full extension. With a total weight of 9.75 kg, the stand safely carries heavier condenser and dynamic microphones, while the standard 5/8" threaded connector accepts most common microphone clips and shock mounts, and the included 5/8" to 3/8" adapter covers the other common thread size. Buyers looking for a reliable overhead stand at this price point will find the MS200 a practical choice for permanent studio installations and mobile recording rigs alike.
