The TC Electronic Quintessence Harmonizer is an intelligent pitch-shifting pedal that generates natural-sounding one or two-voice harmonies over your playing in real time. The pitch detection algorithm tracks fast picking, delivering convincing harmony lines for Allman Brothers-style leads, Thin Lizzy thirds, or Iron Maiden-style twin-guitar riffs straight out of the box.

MASH Footswitch and TonePrint Customization

The pressure-sensitive MASH footswitch bends the harmony voices up or down within the selected scale in real time. TonePrint accepts up to three custom scales and harmony intervals beamed in from the app or built in the editor for Mac, PC, and iPad, while a built-in short delay engine adds arpeggiator-style textures.

Signal Path & Bypass Modes

An analog-dry-through path keeps the dry guitar signal untouched even with extreme harmony settings. Switch between True Bypass for transparent tone and Buffered Bypass to preserve signal level across long cable runs.

Harmony Engine & Front-Panel Controls
