Pair of 5B “Chop-Out” drumsticks from American Classic series that feature a hickory shaft with an elongated taper to simulate the balance of the 5B. The rubber tip creates an authentic feel, making it an ideal choice for practice wherever it is necessary. It also creates interesting timbres when played on drums and cymbals. The drumsticks are made of hickory, a dense wood with little flex for a more pronounced sound. Hickory is also capable of withstanding a great deal of shock, making it highly durable.
