Ovation AB24A-4 Applause Balladeer

Acoustic guitar from Applause Balladeer series that features all the essentials of the classic Ovation Balladeer sound and style, with a loud and focused voice, supreme playability and remarkable value that make it ideal for beginning and intermediate players. Recognized Balladeer hallmarks are here, including the sculpted Applause-style headstock and centre sound hole adorned with the classic Applause chevron-pattern rosette. Premium features include a laminated spruce top for natural and balanced tone; a mid- depth round-back Lyrachord body for greater volume and projection, excellent balance and supreme durability; and a fast, easy-playing neck profile. The body also features a quartersawn scalloped “X” pattern bracing made of spruce and white binding. The neck is made of nato wood with satin finish and white binding and is fitted with a 10”-radius rosewood fingerboard with 20 frets and pearloid dot inlays. Scale length is 641 mm, nut width is 43 mm. Other features include a rosewood bridge, chrome tuning machines and hardware, and D'Addario® EXP11 Coated 80/20 Bronze, Light strings (.012-.053).
