The body is crafted from USA lightweight swamp ash, giving the bass a resonant and lively response while keeping it comfortable to hold during longer practice sessions. A bolt-on maple neck with a smooth satin finish and comfortable C profile makes fretting easy, while the rosewood fretboard adds warmth and a familiar feel under the fingers. With 20 medium frets, a 12-inch fingerboard radius, and a 38 mm synthetic bone nut, this bass offers a balanced playing experience that suits new players very well.

Its PJ pickup configuration delivers a wide tonal range, pairing an Alnico 5 split single-coil in the middle position with an Alnico 5 single-coil at the bridge.
