The XLR male is nickel-plated, the 6.35 mm stereo jack is gold-plated and thus protected against corrosion.

The used bulk cable CME 220 with a conductor area of 0.22 mm² consisting of 28 x 0.10 mm strands of high-purity copper ensures undistorted signal transmission. A spiral shield protects against external interference and prevents noise from power supply units or power lines.
