Takstar TS-2260 In-Ear Monitor — Warm, Bass-Rich Sound on a Budget

The Takstar TS-2260 is an in-ear monitor headphone designed for personal recording monitoring, network karaoke, and everyday music appreciation. Built around a single Ø9.2mm high-resolution dynamic driver, this model delivers an even, accurate sound signature tailored for monitoring tasks. This IEM is the right choice for budget-conscious users who want a comfortable, reliable in-ear with a warm, bass-forward presentation.

What Sets This IEM Apart

Unlike many budget IEMs that skimp on accessories, the TS-2260 ships with a Ø6.3mm gold-plated adapter, three pairs of replacement ear pads, and a portable carrying bag — everything needed to plug straight into a mixer, audio interface, or laptop. The glossy acrylic shell design echoes classic studio IEM shapes, while a single small vent near the cable connector helps tune the bass response.

Driver and Sound Parameters

The 9.2mm dynamic driver is the heart of this IEM, sized to reproduce rich sound details across the audible spectrum. Low impedance and high sensitivity make it easy to drive from phones, laptops, and portable DACs without needing extra amplification.

• Driver Unit: Ø9.2mm dynamic — single high-resolution driver tuned for monitoring
• Frequency Response: 20 Hz – 20 kHz — covers the full audible range
• With 16 Ω ±15% impedance, the device operates efficiently from virtually any portable source.
• Sensitivity: 98 ±3 dB SPL at 1 kHz — reaches comfortable volume without high power

Who Should Pick the TS-2260

This model is the right choice for home recording artists, karaoke enthusiasts, and casual listeners who want a comfortable in-ear monitor with a warm, bass-rich sound at an entry-level price. The 13g lightweight build and ergonomic shell make it suitable for long studio sessions or relaxed music listening. Beginners exploring IEMs for the first time will appreciate the included accessories and plug-and-play simplicity.
