Impact Soundworks Resonance: Emotional Mallets is a unique virtual instrument library designed to evoke a vast range of emotions through an extraordinary collection of custom-made stone, metal, wood, and glass instruments. These instruments produce timbres that span from warm and beautiful to haunting and spine-tingling, making it ideal for composers and producers looking for fresh, emotive sounds.

Recorded with over 4,000 pristine 24-bit samples in a studio environment, the library captures the perfect blend of detail, space, and air, preserving the natural resonance and character of each instrument.

The library features 14 unique instruments, including Aquarion, Bass Tongue Drum, Boltophone, Bowed Metal, Gamelan Ensemble, Glass Gong, Glass Tongue Drum, Metal Ensemble, Metal Sheet, Pipeharp, Pot Lids, Stonaphone, Whale Drum, and Wrenchophone. These were played using bows, mallets, fingers, and metal bolts to create a wide palette of articulations and tonalities.

Additionally, Resonance: Emotional Mallets offers 48 sound design patches, crafted through creative processing and sampling to expand the emotional and sonic possibilities beyond the acoustic originals.
