Pair of Aaron Spears’ signature drumsticks with wood tips that feature a unique taper that blends smoothly into the neck and then to the tip, which means they are very well balanced, with great leverage. Aaron Spears was named the best “Up and Coming” drummer in the 2006 Modern Drummer Readers’ Poll and work with artists such as James Brown, Alicia Keys, Usher and the American Idol tour. The drumsticks are made of hickory, a dense wood with little flex for a more pronounced sound. Hickory is also capable of withstanding a great deal of shock, making it highly durable.
