The only thing "standard" is the traditional center soundhole design. This model features a highly figured, flamed maple top finished in a gloss, transparent, black burst. Just like all Celebrity Standards, this guitar just feels right thanks to the effortlessly playable satin-finish neck, the 10" radius fretboard and the way the top responds. The center soundhole gives back clear and loud resonance thanks to scalloped-X bracing support. For live performance, the Celebrity Standard includes an Ovation Slimline pickup and OP-4CT preamp system with a three-band EQ and onboard tuner. The mid depth, Lyrachord® composite body is deep enough to offer warm low end, but shallow enough to play comfortably.
